How I Assist
Consultation
Choosing a doula isn't one size fits all! In order to give you the best support I can, we need to connect. I offer a free 30-minute consultation either via phone or video chat. If Can you picture me supporting you during your most vulnerable and precious moments?
Prenatal Visits
I take on a limited number of clients at a time to make sure I can give the full care and attention you deserve. During these visit(s), we go over your birthing plan, or if you don't have one yet, I can help you create it. I like to get to know your preferred comfort measures so I can support you the way you need. We will discuss any concerns you have about your pregnancy and I can provide additional resources to your own childbirth research.
Labor & Birth Support
I am on call for you 24/7 beginning 2 weeks prior to your estimated due date up until you are in active labor. Once active labor begins, we will remain in contact until you are ready for me to join you.
I will meet you at your home, or your birthing location, at the time of your choosing.
I will remain with you throughout your birth and stay shortly after the arrival of your new baby to assist in support & breastfeeding as needed.
Postpartum Visit
Within a week of your birth, I will visit you and your family in your home for a few hours to provide you with whatever kind of support you need most. During this time, we can assess if you need further assistance from me as a postpartum doula to help your family make the necessary adjustments to welcoming a new addition!
Continued Postpartum Support
Known as the "fourth trimester," the first few months as a new parent (whether it's your first time or not) can be stressful and overwhelming. This time is vital for rest, healing, and family bonding, and often parents need help finding their new rhythm. Depending on your family's individual needs, I offer postpartum support to ensure you get the best information and care possible, and can make a smooth transition.
Whether I was with your during your birth or not, I offer postpartum doula services to new parents.
Breastfeeding Counseling
Breastfeeding each new child can be a totally fresh experience for mom, and sometimes additional support and information is necessary to have a successful breastfeeding experience. I offer additional breastfeeding counseling to moms who may need a bit of a boost or some extra tools to keep both mom and baby happy and healthy.
I offer different packages based on your family's needs. Please contact me for more information on packages and pricing. Everyone deserves a doula, please don't let financial concerns stop you from reaching out. I also offer barters, trades, and payment plans upon request.
